ADP5071AREZ-R7 Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.2MHz 2.4MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.85V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V 1.6V.
