AR0135CS2M25SUEA0-TRBR Overview


63-LBGA packages protect the image sensors. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 1.8V~2.8V. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 71.1 dB. An optical format of 1/3 inch has been specified for the image sensor.
