AT17F16-30CU Overview
8-TDFN is used in this package.Packaging for the external use of Tube.An individual who is qualified to operate within the -40°C~85°C domain.The FLASH programming language can be used to program it.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 2.97V~3.63V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.The size of data storage is limited to 16Mb.AT17F16 will give you other related parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.A termination with different functions in the 8 axis.3.63V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.There must be a minimum voltage of 2.97V to supply the device with the power it needs.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 260 degrees during the process.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.04mA.An IC that can work at 33MHz frequency is a memory IC.The use of a 3.3V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.
