BPW82 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-DIP packages. A continuous voltage of 60V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 215mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 60V. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 60V voltage when they are reverse-biased. A photodiode occurs even at 2nA current without light input.
