Tape & Reel (TR)-like design has been used for the package.Version SSOP includes it.I would like to point out that this electrical device has a LCD display type.Transmission lines are terminated with 40 terminations using devices whose characteristic impedance matches that of the transmission line.With 40 pins, it is designed.Display drivers is mounted using the Surface Mount axis on the board, so that the component can be easily removed.Segments 104 refer to members of the Seller Group's equipment solutions business known as "Electronics".The same applies to Other Interface ICs.The power supply for the system is supplied by 2/3.3V.A 4-BP backplane is an electronic circuit board.There is a recommendation that you should operate the machine at a temperature lower than 85°C.The operation should be conducted at a temperature greater than -40°C.
