CDCE72010RGCTG4 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input.
