CDCE913PWR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 14 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 230MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.7V~1.9V 2.3V~3.6V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C.
