CY2308SC-1 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
