CY2309ZXC-1HT Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
