CY2309ZXC-1HT Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
