CY27410FLTXI Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
