CYIL1SM1300AA-GDC Overview
The image sensors are put into 145-PGA packages for safety protection. 3V~6V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to keep them safe. 145 pins are available on the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 6V. Ensure that the maximum operating temperature of the image sensors is set to 60°C. Nevertheless, a temperature of less than 0°C should not be allowed for image sensors to operate.
