CYIL1SM4000AA-GDC Overview
The image sensors are put into 127-BPGA packages for safety protection. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 2.5V 3.3V. For protection, we'll put them in the Tray. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 66 dB. It is specified that the image sensor has an optical format of 0.96 inch. A 127 pin image sensor is used.
