DA7212-01UM2 Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 34-UFBGA, CSPBGA package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. As far as mounting types are concerned, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. It consists of 2 / 2 ADCs/ DACs. Supply voltage is 1.7V~2.5V for the analog circuit. There is a supply voltage of 1.6V~3.6V provided to the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 34 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. Supply voltages up to 2.65V are supported.
