DS1336 Overview
A 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case is included. In this case, it is suitable to pack the part in a Tube case. Through Hole is the way the part is mounted. We give it a voltage of 3V~5.5V in order to test it. In order for this component to operate properly, its minimum operating temperature must not exceed 0°C~70°C. Suitable for components connected in Battery Backup, Industrial/Automotive, High Current Switch. There is a Source Selector Switch classification for the device. The part is available with 16 terminations as an option. 16 pins are used in the design of this product. The part is based on DS1336. It is powered by 5V to deliver its perfomance. As part of the 260 process, the peak reflow temperature of this part is utilized. The minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 3V. For the operation of this device, an electric current of 250μA is used as the supply current. In addition, there are 5 outputs available for use. Through Hole-mounting is recommended.
