EAPDST3227A0 Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 4-SMD Module packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 32V. A continuous voltage of 32V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode will operate at 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
