EPCQ512SI16N Overview
A neat SOIC package is used.The size of data storage is limited to 64MB.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 16 axis at different terminations.With 3.6V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.2.7V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.This is a FLASH memory chip.If reflow soldering is being performed, the temperature should not be higher than NOT SPECIFIED when soldering should be reflowed.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.The part comes with a set of 16 pins.Under -40°C degrees, it can operate.Memory should operate wMemoryh ambient temperature no higher than 85°C.
