FPGA uses a nice FBGA package that makes FPGA easy to use.The size of data storage is limited to 512MB.The supply voltage should be 1.8V.There are different functions associated with 24 terminations.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above NOT SPECIFIED.FPGA has 24 pins.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.A Surface Mount application can be made with it.Under -40°C degrees, it can operate.At temperatures above 85°C, it should not operate.Memory should be running on at least 1.7V voltage.Memory is rated 2V for the maximum supply voltage of the device.
