This package makes use of the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) programming language.Packaging for the external use of Tube.-40°C~85°C-qualified.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.This device is fed with a voltage of 2.7V~3.6V which is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.FPGA is limFPGAed to 128Mb bytes for the size of the data storage.Search "EPCS128" for related parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 16 axis at different terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.Reflow soldering should be done at NOT SPECIFIED°C maximum.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.The memory chip operates at a voltage of no more than 0.02mA.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 20MHz frequency that can be operated at.The use of 3.3V power supplies is recommended.This device is part of the EPCS series.In specific, it can be described as a form of Flash Memories.
