This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 9 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 9-UFBGA, WLCSP package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.3MHz.
