HAL109JQ-C Overview
A protective Tape & Box (TB) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages. The magnetic switches can supply a maximum current of 5.2mA for good performance. When they are working, these switches can output a maximum current of 50mA.
