HAL503S-E Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA, Variant packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 4.2mA as the maximum current. If these switches are functioning, they can output 20mA as the maximum current. There is a maximum current that these switches can supply of 4.2mA. 3 terminations are contained in it.
