HIP2104FRAANZ Overview
Its DFN package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 12 pins.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1A.The number of component pins is 12.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 60V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 5V must be maintained.Currently, 200mA is the current it outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that 14V be set as the operating supply voltage.With a voltage of 245μA, it operates with a constant current.A voltage of 4V is used as the output voltage.
