HMC700LP4E Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Strip package. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input.
