HMC7044LP10BE Overview
The Strip method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 68 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by CML, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. There are several logic levels in CML, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
