There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 36-VFBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 25 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 1280 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.14V~1.26V and uses a battery to supply power. The iCE40?
