It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.The power management is targeted at Processor and other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic 0°C~100°C will prevent malfunctions.For its operation, the power management uses 4.75V~7.5V voltage.Check out search IR3500M for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.This power managment ic has 32 pins.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on a PCB or other board.There is 6.5mA voltage applied to this power management ic.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 6.5mA volts.The manage ics are based on the XPhase3? series.In general, temperatures higher than 100°C are not recommended.Temperatures below 0°C are not suitable for the ic power supply.
