For greater flexibility, the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.16 terminations constitute its foundation.With a supply voltage of 5V, it is designed to operate.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 16 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
