A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
