ISL85410FRZ Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 12 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz 300kHz~2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V.
