KAI-29050-FXA-JD-B2 Overview


The image sensors are put into 71-BCPGA packages for safety protection. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Bulk. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 64 dB. Pins 71 are connected to the image sensor.
