LFE2M70SE-7FN1152C Overview
Fpga chips is supplied in the 1152-BBGA package. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data.
