LM339AN Description


The LM339AN is made up of four distinct voltage comparators that can operate across a wide range of voltages from a single power source and have an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV. It also has a unique feature in that, despite being powered by a single voltage, the input common mode voltage range includes ground. Dual-supply functioning is also possible if the voltage difference between the two sources is between 2 and 36 V and VCC is at least 1.5 V higher than the common-mode input voltage. The current drain is unaffected by the supplied voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND interactions.
