LMD18200T is a 3A H bridge specially designed for motion control applications. The device adopts multi-process technology, and combines bipolar and CMOS control circuits and DMOS power devices on the same monolithic structure. Ideal for driving DC and stepper motors: the LMD18200 can accommodate peak output currents up to 6A. An innovative circuit is adopted to detect the output current with low loss.
