LMK03000DISQE/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input.
