LMK04101SQX/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL.
