LMK04133SQ/NOPB Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
