It comes in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3.95V~9.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 70kHz~700kHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
