LTR-516AB Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 150mW heat within the circuit. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit. By using reverse-bias technology, the photodiodes are able to supply a voltage of 30V. The current in a photodiode is 30nA even when there is no light input.
