To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. The photodiodes are put into Radial, Side View packages for safety protection. 2 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. Within the circuit, photodiodes are capable of releasing 150mW heat. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW.
