For greater flexibility, its 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is used.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is 6.5V~28V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.A gate driver in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series is included in this document.
