MAX78615+PPM/C01 Overview
Packing in Tube. A package called 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. In addition, it can be used as a 3 Phase meter as well. There is an option for Surface Mount. As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. A 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power the device. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.8V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. Parts of the part have 24 terminations on them. Normal volatge needed for the part is 3.3V. In order to allow for easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. To keep the PMIC working normally, it is advised to set the supply current to 8.1mA.
