Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-PowerVFQFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 400kHz 565kHz 790kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.7V. Featuring a 5A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 19V.
