MTAPD-07-014 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Strip to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 3-LCC packages in order to ensure their safety. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 200V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. A continuous voltage of 200V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 400pA electrical current.
