NCP1523FCT2G Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-WFBGA, FCBGA package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.9V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V for operation.
