NCP3063BDR2G Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.25V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A Switch output current of voltage regulator. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements. There is a subcategory of this regulator voltage called Switching Regulator or Controllers. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the NCP3063 family. Voltage can be produced at 40V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 1.25V at the very least. A maximum output current of 1.5A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. On the basis of 40V Switch's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 40V. 40V is the supply voltage for this DC-DC switching regulator. With a frequency of 150kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator maintains high accuracy.
