OP905 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in T packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 60V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 60V permanently. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 100mW. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. Photodiodes require an electric potential of 1.2V in order to conduct current. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 60V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
