OP913WSL Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 32V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 32V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 150mW heat. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -65°C. ?It should be 32V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. As long as the photodiodes were reverse-biased, they could supply the voltage 60V. A photodiode conducts 25nA current without light input.
