OP950 Overview

Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 60V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 60V continuously. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Within the circuit, photodiodes are capable of releasing 100mW heat. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. ?Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.2V voltage. The photodiodes could supply 60V voltage in reverse-bias mode. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
