OPR2101 Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 50V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 50V permanently. There are 12 pins on the photodiodes. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 125°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -55°C. The photodiodes provided 50V when reverse-biased. The photodiode operates at 5μA current even in the absence of light input.
