PD15-22C/TR8 Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by 4-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 32V for the photodiodes. There are 4 pins on the photodiodes. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 150mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 32V. A photodiode occurs even at 10nA current without light input.
